Business management and customer reminder software for freel
I'm building a tool to catch clients before they silently disappear
Hi everyone, solo builder here. I kept hearing the same thing from coaches, consultants, and small business owners: they often realize a regular client has drifted away weeks too late — no warning, no notification, just a gap they notice by chance.
So I'm building Norphic: it watches simple, factual signals (no response in X days, a client who used to visit every 2 weeks who hasn't shown up, a canceled appointment never rebooked) and sends a plain alert like "This client hasn't visited in 23 days" — plus a ready-to-send follow-up message.
No AI hype, no fake urgency — just facts you can act on before it's too late.
Still early stage, free to try right now. Would love blunt feedback: does this solve a real problem for you, or does something like this already exist that does it better?
Happy to share the link if anyone's curious.

I like that you're focusing on detecting relationship drift rather than just tracking activity.
One thing I'd watch is whether users perceive the product as a reminder tool or as revenue protection. The second is a much stronger reason to keep using it because it ties directly to an outcome they care about.
