We actually launched NosNia.ai back in 2021 — but this is our first time sharing our story here.
NosNia started with one simple idea:

“Businesses should be able to talk to customers on WhatsApp as easily as sending an email — verified, automated, and professional.”

Since then, we’ve:

• Helped 500+ brands get their verified green tick on WhatsApp

• Built integrations with CRMs like HubSpot, Zoho & Salesforce

• Processed millions of automated WhatsApp messages

• Stayed bootstrapped & profitable through real client revenue

But it wasn’t smooth sailing:

• Meta’s API changes kept breaking our flow

• Clients wanted custom integrations yesterday

• Many didn’t understand why verification mattered until they lost customers

Still, the journey has been worth it — watching small and mid-size businesses look bigger just by having that verified badge still makes us smile

We’re now focused on:

Building AI-based WhatsApp reporting & insights
