Why?
Because when you are switching contexts you feel productive as there is work happening. Take this as an example: A product manager whose task is to send the summary of the competitor research to an executive in the slack.

The PM scrolls through different websites and LLMs, document findings, use ChatGPT to summarize the findings, opens slack to send the summary to the executive. This workflow takes at least 4-5 times of switching of context. And PM don't realize this because switching contexts feel productive as there is work happening.
