Idea to build NotifyMe.Music

Two years ago a friend of mine built a Telegram bot that lets anyone subscribe to any artist and be notified whenever the artist releases a new song. But after a year of working on the product, despite several thousand active users, my friend lost interest and decided to abandon the bot.
That was the time when I thought that if there were several thousands of active users, there must be users who will want to pay for the services.
