I did a soft-launch of NoCode Notion on Tuesday and we got our first sale! In the process of planning a hard launch on Friday, including an email to my list of 1,800 and a PH posting. It's good to see that there's some product-market fit but Friday will be the real test of if anything's actually here.
I wrote a 30 page e-book to introduce new users to Notion. I created the landing page on Webflow and designed the e-book within Pages. For distribution, I sent the book to my 1,800 person Notion Expert newsletter list and posted to the Notion Made Simple Facebook group. Similar to the course, my goal was to continue to grow my email audience. I gained an additional 300 subscribers through the release of this product.
With the Notion Expert list at around 1,500, I thought it was a good time to start approaching advertisers. I landed my first newsletter sponsor earning $100 for a month's worth of ads. This is my trial run to see if my audience will convert to this specific type of product.

I created a full video course to introduce new users to Notion.
Point of the course was to acquire emails for our weekly Notion Expert newsletter. The launch was a huge success. We increased or subscriber count by over 600 and new students continue to enroll.
Excited to get this product into the wild. I built it over the weekend on Webflow. It's my first no code project and I'm blown away by the power of these platforms.
For launch, I'm promoting it on the Notion community groups (Reddit, Facebook, Slack, Discord) and posting on Product Hunt. Goal is to drive traffic to the site and acquire emails for future offerings.
