We recently started an LTD for Now4real on SaaS Mantra.

The fun thing is that yesterday, the Now4real technology was integrated into SaaS Mantra's very site. So, on the deal page, I was engaged until 1.30 am answering questions about Now4real from within the Now4real chat! What could be better than using the product you are showcasing for the presentation itself? ;)

Now4real keeps getting new features while remaining simple to use and very intuitive. Today, we have released an exciting update: you can reply to individual messages, as well as delete any of your past messages.

In group chats, it’s often useful or even necessary to indicate what message you are replying to. This helps keep the conversation clear and effective.

To reply to a message, just hover the mouse on the message bubble and a three-vertical-dots menu will appear. If you’re on mobile, just tap on the bubble to make the menu appear. Then, hit Reply and that message will be automatically quoted in your reply.

If you click on the quoted text, the chatbox will jump to the original message, will be highlighted.

If you bring up the contextual menu of any of your own messages, you will get the Delete option too.

More features will be progressively added to this powerful contextual menu, which is typical of mobile messenger apps and that Now4real is bringing to the web.

When users posted messages to Now4real pagechats, any links included in the messages were displayed as standard text (not clickable) for security reasons.

We have now rolled out a feature update that makes all internal links automatically clickable. By internal links, I mean a link pointing to any page that is part of the site that hosts the Now4real pagechats.

This makes things easier when users are helping out each other find specific pages or contents within the site that hosts the instant community.

Yesterday we set our new record of concurrent users connected to Now4real. Our previous record was 808 concurrent users. Yesterday, a website dedicated to home machine embroiderers integrated Now4real for their live YouTube event, to allow people to chat and interact during the event, and we hit 2.4k concurrent users.

It's time for end-of-year stats. Luckily enough, we have a public dashboard updated in real time and showing where we are, second by second: https://now4real.com/stats

Now4real has been serving 415 website domains with instant communities (group live chats and real-time visitor presence analytics). 1530 end users registered until now.

We hope to see these numbers skyrocket in 2021!

Happy New Year

Today one of our first free customers for Now4real converted to paid. I noticed when I got the email from our billing platform notifying me of the Premium upgrade. It felt awesome!
