NowRenting Leases is a feature set that keeps track of tenant info, as well as allowing for lease templating and electronic lease signing. Further, it integrates with Stripe to offer ACH and credit card rent payments, organizes those payments in a simple and intuitive dashboard and can sync payment information with QuickBooks Online.

The first release of NowRenting allowed users to create alternate contact info that prospective tenants could communicate with. It screened leads and filtered them based on their responses to the screening questions, and allowed users to communicate with them through the special NowRenting email address and phone number.
