February 13, 2020 6 Tips for effective cross-team collaboration

Our experience composed in the article "How to build effective cross-team collaboration: 6 Tips"!
Effective cross-team collaboration is no less important than collective work inside the team. Every professional businessman knows that lack of cross-team connections – is one of the main road-blocks on a company’s way to success. In most companies, superiors worry about communications with their own stuff only. They want to establish vertical connections and pay far less attention to horizontal ones. Let’s put it simply, bosses want that their orders are clearly understood, but how precisely these orders are carried out is of no specific interest. And that is a grave mistake.
Horizontal communications are unavoidable and the only way to handle it – establish smooth cross-team collaboration.
First steps to make are:

  • have clearly settled plan and equal flexibility to evolve and adapt the plan along the way;
  • establish a communicational framework;
  • employ visual management and daily stand-ups within any mutual project teams;
  • decision-making authority should be set out undeniably.

January 10, 2020 We updated our e-book "PM Guide"

And launched it on gumroad :)
It's rethinking of product management processes.
Now the book helps you to understand how to:

  • highlight key product features;
  • build USP around key features;
  • define audiences and bring more details to understand them and target your ads;
  • create customer journey maps around personas in audiences
    📈analyze measured data and improve your product
  • generate hypotheses and control them all the way to the execution

It was a group effort, and I'm greatful to every team member for their contribution.

Also, I'm full of respect to different communities for help with ideas, pains and some editorial work :)
And due to that, everyone can use a discount code "indiepmguide" during checkout to get the book for free.

Our whole team will be glad to get any kind of feedback :)
