Revenue dipped because I'm not actively pursuing filling up a batch right now. At the moment I'm focusing on working with existing batch members, writing a book, and spinning up my own SaaS product external to Nugget. Expecting to bring on a new batch in 3 months or so.
We are proving to be most successful when working very closely with founders. What that means is very regular mentoring via slack and Google hangouts, often daily, for each founder.
This makes rolling batches not possible right now as we don't have enough mentors.
As such, we will be moving to a higher price point and a lower amount of founders - just 10 founders and 1 batch per month for the foreseeable future.
Moved away from hold and release batches to a scalable auto created batches.
Also moved away from scarcity squeeze marketing tactics to a value driven sales model.

25 founders have built customer seed groups and are working with them to validate, mockup iterate and pre-sell their product.
