NuReply past $4k MRR! This is a huge achievement for us.

What we have done so far is;

• Created a Facebook Page to give free knowledge and a lot of members converted,
• Created Enterprise plans depending on the customer needs,

Now, we have a lot of things to focus;

• Improve SEO,
• Start ads to give test conversion rates,
• Add new onboarding emails,
• LinkedIn based personalization,

and a lot more!

Our model was great but I wanted to see if I can make something better. I did!

I have compiled all the great "first lines" from my old campaigns and as well as from the people I trust.

Started to train the AI and wanted to start our #BuildinPublic journey.

I have added Sign Up and Sign In by copy pasting from my old projects. Just wanted to see the demand.

At the same time my CoFounder created a Facebook page and started to reach out people with DMs.

So many people, who has cold outreach agencies, didn't even heard anything like this!

We created a payment link through Stripe and sent to these people.

And... A guy out of nowhere, paid for the product!

We don't even have any payment page!

A 'random guy' approached me on Twitter. He said he has a "great idea" and need someone to team up.

I was curious to see what he is going to show and something interesting happened: He told my idea to me!

I was shocked. I have a working demo for this.

Showed him the current tool I have made and he was more shocked than I am.

I wanted to create a personalization tool to help my cold email campaigns and started to try tools for this.

When I check the tools on the market, either they are too generic or not easy to use. Especially most of them were really slow. I started to think about how can I improve this.

I have a little bit of background about Machine Learning models from my college projects. Decided to try it myself and let's see how it goes.
