Decided to stop outsourcing my dream

I had a very specific goal of launching a SaaS company for over a decade, to complement my expertise and my existing audience in the information marketing industry.

My very first step in that journey was in April 2011... but I always looked for a partner to actually start and run the software business, while I would just focus on the information product side, and provide marketing input and leads.

It was a terrible idea, and it took me 10 years to figure that out!
The breakthrough was when I read Victoria Labalme's bestseller ("Risk forward") and this quote remained in my mind for weeks:

Stop outsourcing your dream

Yeah, You are right. I was also looking for a partner for https://www.labuncle.com/labDetails/aarthi-scans-and-labs-karol-bagh-88 but didn't find any true partner in 3 years. Then I started alone and hired people with myself. Its better to start any business alone. While finding a true partners is very hard job.

Good on you for launching it!
I see you're in Gurgaon? I've stayed there for a month with my fiancée, 9 years ago. Met some amazing people there. I can't imagine how much it must have changed in a decade.

Hello @julienziadeh you mentioned that my landing page (https://nuro.video/en/ ) can be dramatically improved. Did you have any specific shortcomings in mind?

Aha, agencies are the death sentence for so many dreams aren't they?

I am super interested to hear your advice on improving the landing page... It's basically a "minimum viable" landing page. I'm used to sales pages and videos for information products, not software.

So please, I'd love to hear any feedback/ideas you have.
