February 7, 2019 Sold my share of Nusii

After nearly 5 years of building and growing Nusii, I decided it was time for me to move on. Any business that grows to a certain size (it was our full time gig) means you must adapt to new roles. This meant moving away from being a designer and more into the role of business owner.

As time went by I lost the passion for this role. I wanted a return to what I knew so sold my half of the business to my co-founder. It was the right decision.

The business was still growing and I just wanted out so we made it fast and simple. I got on and still get on well with my ex-cofounder so we just did a simple 3x on the annual revenue and split down the middle. Nothing very scientific. The biggest hassle was the paperwork afterwards.

September 31, 2014 Launched the first version of Nusii

This is all in hindsight so will be scarce on data:

After a terrible initial MVP I stumbled across my co-founder, Michael Koper. We were working together at a Spanish startup and things went from there.

We officially launched Nusii in September of 2014.

About

Nusii came into existence because I hated writing proposals for my design clients. I wanted a repeatable way of creating winning proposals, one that would take up the least amount of my time possible.
