Objection Co
StartUp - Review Fraud Detection and Protection Software
We're excited to be a part of the Open AI Beta program, and use the new GTP-3 API to enhance our product and serve our customers better.
How did I do it? I begged.
I filled out the standard "application for the waitlist"
But after a few weeks I realized that it wasn't enough. I researched people who worked at Open.ai and started cold outreach.
Finally, I met the right person and they gave me full access within 20 minutes of my email.
Title: AI & ML Applications to assist in Identifying Review Fraud Abstract:
I will present our performance on our AI that we use to identify fraudulent reviews on various review websites including Yelp, Google, Amazon, and Trip Advisor. I will take a deep dive into NLP-BERT and NLP-NLTK as well as topical segmentation and how it can be used in combination with other review fraud metrics using statistical analysis. I will also be covering the challenges we currently face in detecting review fraud as well as recent advancements in our field.

We accomplished this by introducing ourselves to their organization, showing value to a few clients as well as the documented results. We aligned ourselves with the common mission of being able to identify and dispute illegitimate reviews online, as many of their customers are in the e-com space where review fraud is rampant. (particularly amazon) The rest was just paperwork and professionalism, ClearBanc administrators are lovely people and wonderful to work with.

Zapiers Integration Docs are super helpful.
After testing hundreds of times...
with our API and Zapiers OAUTH, we got everything working perfectly. We're setting our integration to public and inviting beta users to get our count past 50.
We learned that not only did we want to have our system act to trigger a zap, but to be used as a zap as well.
That way we could be a part of the top, middle or end function of automation that involves decision making in reputation management.
