OCRvision
Turn scanned PDFs text-searchable — 100% locally.
Have you come across a small Windows app called OCRvision?
It’s built for people who deal with lots of scanned documents—think accountants, admin staff, lawyers, etc.—and need a simple way to convert them into searchable PDFs automatically.
It runs completely offline (no cloud uploads), watches a folder in the background, and converts anything dropped in. One-time license, no subscriptions.
It’s mostly used by small and mid-sized businesses, but a lot of individuals use it too. If you’ve tried it, I’d love to hear your thoughts or suggestions.

Happy to answer any questions if you're struggling with OCR workflows or need help getting started.
