ODE - objectified decision engine
ODE supports people to become better decision makers.
Big time for the Team at ODE ♥️ something that could not be better said as with the lyric of Stephen Sondheims,
Putting it together:
“A vision’s just a vision if it’s only in your head
If no one gets to hear it, it’s as good as dead
It has to come to life”
Thanks for all the trust, resources, support, testing, and emotionally holding our hands.
It is time for us to officially start to support people to become better decision-makers, in private, business and society.
See you at the app stores.
First phase: we directly addressed contacts and posted in social media channels. More effective, however, was and still is direct communication in the context of conferences and other virtual events in which the exchange on the subject of education takes place. Very slow but sustainable approach.

With my co-founders and our Business Angel we established the project in Potsdam. In the beginning it was five founders. Two of them skipped within the first six month due to personal reasons. The three remaining worked along the goals and plans to meet the Milestones.

After my last company, I wanted to do something different and decided to start all over again. Quit my job and started with research. This time it should be of social relevance. The idea from the drawer and our son, who was faced with the decision to choose his next path, made my decision easy: ODE!

By observing friends, colleagues, employees and students, I realized that decisions always mean change. Changes that brought a high degree of unpredictability due to the multitude of possibilities, the responsibility involved and the time perspective.I wanted to take a closer look at the problems, fears and worries that were connected with these changes in order to eliminate or ease them.
