Hi everyone,

I've built Odyssey Framework, an AI business diagnosis platform.

Most AI gives generic business advice because it doesn't have enough context about the business first.

Odyssey Framework organizes a business into seven core stages before generating an AI diagnosis. As the business records important changes over time, the AI gains more context, making future diagnoses and recommendations more relevant.

I'm preparing for a Product Hunt launch later this month and wanted to introduce it to the Indie Hackers community.

I'd love to hear what you think of the concept and whether it's a problem you've run into yourself.

The core bet seems to be that the limitation isn't primarily the AI's ability to reason, but the business context it has available before making a diagnosis.
As you've put Odyssey in front of people so far, what have you seen that gives you confidence that this is the part of the problem they actually need solved?

  I’ve seen it firsthand in both my own businesses and businesses run by friends. Often, the problem isn’t that someone lacks ideas or effort. It’s that they’re focused on the wrong part of the business. They might keep improving the product when the real problem is distribution, or push harder on sales when the offer itself isn’t strong enough. That was a big reason I built Odyssey in the first place. It came from observing those problems in real businesses, including my own. What I’m still working on is getting enough outside users through Odyssey to see how consistently that pattern holds beyond my own experience and immediate circle.
