What caught my attention is the phrase "tells you exactly what's working and what's not."
The reason I find that interesting is that job searches tend to generate a lot of ambiguous signals.
A rejection can mean a lot of different things, and sometimes multiple explanations can look equally plausible from the outside.
I'd be curious what you've found is hardest to separate when trying to explain outcomes to users.
