In December 2020 I learned about the benefits of a mastermind group.

I immediately started looking for one to join, but couldn't find any. When I searched how to find a mastermind group, every article had the advice to create your own (since it's very hard to find and be accepted in an existing one).

So I posted in a few Facebook groups that I'm looking to start a mastermind. To my surprise, by the next day over 50 people reached out. In the end, I had about 80 interested people that filled out an application.

Since I didn't want to reject anyone, I made and ran 8 groups at the same time. It's an understatement to say that it was exhausting. Keep in mind that I never had to facilitate a mastermind. I have never even been in one!

But that accelerated my learning and experience about masterminds.

Not long after it all started, I got the idea for this project.
