Olden Project
STOP/GO dock signal that maximises warehouse throughput
A truck driver got fined outside a London warehouse because no one inside could tell him the dock was blocked. I've seen this happen. So I built a fix. There are hundreds of thousands of small and mid-size warehouses globally that will never buy expensive hardware - no budget, no IT team, no time to install anything. But they all have the same problem: drivers arriving at the wrong moment with no way to know. Olden Project - two screens, one pager.
Warehouse operator sees incoming vehicles on a tablet. Dock blocked? Press STOP - driver's phone turns red. Ready? Press GO - green. Gate coordinates appear on the same screen instantly.
More vehicles processed. Same dock. Same staff. No hardware. No installation. No upfront cost. That's the market nobody is serving - too small for enterprise logistics software, too busy for manual coordination. Just needs a signal.
