Hey All!

I've been building a platform for human capital investing and am looking to develop a proof of concept for my product by partnering with a company.

I learned from studying and investing in 100s of business as a hedge fund investor that people are the foundation of any successful business. With my obsession for developing systems for high performance, I coached a number of professionals individually to take them through a journey on radical self-inquiry and learned many barriers to their growth lay with organization design in their jobs. With that, I'm looking to work with a company to pilot my program of self-awareness with each employee and then help the company make changes to their organization design with a diagnostics report from the sessions I have with each employee.

I know most in our community are solopreneurs who are focused on the product but for any organization that is past that stage and is looking to invest in its people this would be up your ally. I find most entrepreneurs who operate remote companies with a focus on purposeful growth and profitability will need to focus on talent so felt this may be a value add for this community.
