OmniBase

Hey everyone

My name is Lucas and I’m currently building OmniBase, an all-in-one AI-powered management platform for freelancers, small businesses, and startups.

The idea: one cloud platform that combines everything — invoicing, accounting, CRM, project planning, document management, inventory, AI assistance, and automation — all in a single, simple interface.

I’ve built it completely using AI tools (Lovable, Supabase, Vercel, etc.), but I’m still struggling with the final polish — especially making sure every feature runs smoothly (uploads, document scanning, email connections, translations, etc.).

I’d love your feedback on:

– Overall UX and clarity (is it intuitive?)

– Missing features that would make it more valuable for SMEs/freelancers

– Technical or performance issues you notice
