One Person Business System
The 4-phase growth OS for solo founders
For years I watched people with real, hard-won expertise struggle with the same problem: they knew their craft, but had no clear system for turning it into an actual business. Every "start a business" resource out there assumes you're building a team, raising money, or reinventing a wheel that solo, service-based founders don't need.
So I built One Person Business System (OPBS) — a 4-phase growth operating system specifically for solo founders and small service businesses. It takes you from your first offer, through building repeatable systems, to marketing and eventually scaling, without ever needing a co-founder or a payroll.
Launched it on Product Hunt yesterday (Aug 25) and it's live now. Still very early, but the core idea has held up: most solo founders don't need more inspiration, they need a structure that tells them exactly what to build next.
Happy to answer questions about the phases, the pricing model, or what made me build this in the first place — fire away.
