Real time sync between multiple calendars to avoid conflicts
OneCal launched on Product Hunt, on December 22, 2022, and the love we received from the community was incredible. We reached 520 upvotes, 267 comments, and 840 followers, marking #3 Product of the Day.
Here's the full story of what happened before, during and after the launch.
These past couple of months have been very busy for us at OneCal. We've been hard at work to implement features that you all have requested in addition to making sure the sync experience is the best it can be.
Here's a list of things we've been working on:
π Custom event colors
π Sync meeting links
π Sync event location
π« Exclude events from sync by assigning colors
πͺ Tons of improvements around sync reliability and performance
π§ View the full details of a Sync
π
Enhanced UX around creating and managing syncs
π Removed βOne Timeβ syncs. All syncs will now always stay up to date.
π A lot of bug fixes
We also have a Public Roadmap where you can stay up to date with what we're working on at any point. You can check it out at https://trello.com/b/hF2d7AQi/π-onecal-public-roadmap
If you want to know more about these features, see our blog post: https://www.onecal.io/blog/winter-2022-product-update

After months of hard work, we are happy to open the doors for other people to try out OneCal.
Weβre looking for feedback from people who work with multiple calendars so we can make the experience the best we possibly can.
OneCal synchronizes your calendars so that your teams can see your actual availability and avoid meeting conflicts. If you want to learn more or sign up for the private beta and help us shape the future of OneCal, you can visit our website at https://www.onecal.io/
We hope to see you on the other side.

About
As consultants, we routinely work with multiple calendars and meeting conflicts across calendars were a common occurrence. We built OneCal to solve this problem for ourselves and wanted to share it with the world.
