OneGlobus

During the closed beta of an online service marketplace, the key KPI was to acquire service providers (freelancers) in order to provide enough supply for potential customers.

We launched a portfolio challenge for designers with invited jury board that consists of TOP class specialists who previously worked in Apple, Google, Oracle, NBA. https://go.oneglobus.com/challenge

In 2 months we got 2000+ portfolios and 5k+ users. Obviously, all those marketing activities were promoted in our social networks, email marketing, partnerships.

After almost a year of coding (yes, online marketplaces are not easy to do), we launched a closed beta of OneGlobus.

We did not make any marketing activities before March 2020, so along with MVP all the "internet presence" was launched as well.
