February 5, 2026 How I automated my "Branding Tax" (and why I built code-ready exports)

The Problem Every time I start a new MVP, I hit a wall of cognitive drain. I’m a "Vide Coder" and I want to ship fast, but I always end up:

  • Spending hours finding a decent color palette.

  • Wrestling with sketchy online converters for SVG logos.

  • Manually resizing 15 versions of a Favicon.

  • Writing the same tailwind.config.ts from scratch.

It’s exhausting. I realized that the "Branding Tax" was killing my momentum before I even wrote my first line of business logic.

The Solution: OneMinuteBranding.

I built OneMinuteBranding to get from "Idea" to "Professional looking app" in 60 seconds. I didn't want just a logo generator; I wanted a code-first brand engine.

What makes it different for devs:

  • Tailwind v4 Ready: It generates a full config you can just copy-paste.

  • CLAUDE.md Export: Perfect for Cursor/Claude AI assistants to understand your brand instantly.

  • Technical Assets: Native SVG logos, full Favicon sets, and OG Images. No more pixelated PNGs.

The Strategy I also released two free standalone tools (PNG to SVG and a Fast Favicon generator) as lead magnets. It’s been a great way to get initial feedback from the community.

The Pricing Choice I went with a $49 one-time payment. I have "subscription fatigue," and I think utility tools should be simple: one brand, one fee, you own the code and the brand forever.

I’d love your feedback! How do you guys handle branding for your MVPs? Do you have a "standard" set of colors you use every time, or do you also get stuck in the design phase for days?
