August 30, 2025 Introducing OneStack Studio: One-stop for product, data, code & design

👋 Hey Indie Hackers!

We’re excited to introduce OneStack Studio — a small but passionate team of 6 engineers & designers helping startups with:

✅ Web & App Development (React, Angular, Node, Java, Python)
✅ Data Analytics & Dashboards (Excel, Power BI, PDF reports)
✅ AI & Automation (workflow automation, AI apps)
✅ UI/UX Design (branding, Figma, wireframes)

💡 Why we started: Many founders struggle to find one place that combines product, data, code, and design — so we built OneStack Studio to be that one-stop.

👉 We’d love to learn from this community: How did you find your first few clients? Any tips or stories would be super valuable for us as we begin this journey.

Thanks for having us here 🙌

I don't have much to share yet. I just want to say that the idea is cool, and I think I'll use it in the future)

Thank you for sharing, I totally agree, I often struggle in networking and once scaling, you base networking isn't e enough. I have some projects in fitness and events and launching pilots projects helped me in networking! How are you going to scale? Thanks

Thanks a lot for sharing your experience 🙌 Launching pilot projects is a really smart way to open doors and build trust love that approach! For us, we’re starting with small, high-impact projects to showcase value and build case studies. Over time, we plan to scale through referrals, community connections, and platforms like Indie Hackers & Product Hunt. Would love to hear more about your fitness and events projects — how did you decide which pilots to launch first?

Thanks for your reply. Analyzing the demand via metrics, demographics and then testing with facebook / google ads! I also have a marketing agency and this helped me a lot!

Congrats on launching! On top of personal networks and referrals, maybe small pilot projects would help. Sharing case studies or even small free trials can help build trust quickly. Do you plan to focus on any particular vertical, or are you aiming to stay broad across industries?

Thanks so much. That’s really helpful advice — totally agree that small pilot projects and case studies go a long way in building trust. Right now, we’re keeping things broad since our team covers product, data, code, and design, but as we grow, we’re considering focusing on SaaS, fintech, and analytics-heavy industries where we’ve had the most experience. Curious — have you seen more traction when going vertical-specific vs staying broad?

Congrats on starting the studio. For my first clients it mostly came down to personal connections and referrals. People already trusted me so they were willing to give me a shot. Have you tried reaching out to your own network first before going broader?

Thank you 🙌 That makes a lot of sense — trust really is the biggest factor in the early days. We’ve started tapping into our own network, but since we’re aiming to scale beyond immediate connections, we’re also experimenting with communities and platforms like Indie Hackers, Product Hunt, and LinkedIn. Curious — did you find a particular approach that helped you transition from personal referrals to a broader client base?
