I learned to code in Swift and Finished the MVP. It took about 2 months. In hindsight, there was definitely scope creep. I could have sought to validate the core functionality earlier. I'm excited to start getting feedback from users with objective opinions.

I came up with the idea thinking about how people seek mental health services. Ideally, people like to get a word of mouth recommendation from someone they trust. But, because it is a sensitive/still somewhat taboo issue, they only ask a couple of very close friends. If none have an answer, they go online and read the reviews of strangers. But, there are definitely people in their network that would be able to provide a recommendation or advice, but because of the nature of the challenge, people do not broadcast to that wider network. The product concept originated as finding a way to remove the inertia preventing people from reaching out to that broader network.
