It took a way longer than we expected, but we finally launched a product with the basic features we believe our users want in an MVP executed at a high level.

In the first month we have had 3 paying customers sign up. We are entering a saturated market and our competitors have a high bar for the feature set required to be competitive, but they have all executed poorly in product design. We are still missing a lot of critical functionality to win over customers from competitors.
