Ooky

AI Brand Visibility Platform

Visit Website
September 3, 2026 Search Console exists for your website, but nothing exists for what AI models say about your brand.

I started this after asking ChatGPT and Perplexity what they knew about my own company, and some of the simple answers were wrong (think of pricing or company size), and I sat there realizing I had no way to even see the problem, let alone fix it, because there is no equivalent of Search Console for how an AI model describes a brand.

Buyers now ask a chatbot before they ever visit a website, and a company that cannot see what that chatbot says about it has no way to correct it, so I built the tool I wished existed. Ooky tracks what ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity actually say about a brand, on a schedule, across prompts a real buyer would type. When an answer is wrong or missing, it turns that finding into a concrete fix on the site itself, a fact to correct, a page AI crawlers cannot read properly, and after the fix ships, it re-asks the same question so I can see whether the answer moved.

The hardest part was delivery, not tracking. Most sites hand AI crawlers the same bloated HTML built for humans, cookie banners and navigation and all, when the useful text is a small fraction of the page. So Ooky also compiles a distilled, fact-checked version of each page and serves it to AI crawlers at the edge through a Cloudflare Worker, an npm SDK, or a WordPress plugin, depending on what a site already runs on.

I am not going to claim tracking alone proves cause and effect. What I can say is that seeing the actual answer, with the actual sources it drew from, is the first step a company has ever had toward fixing what an AI model gets wrong about them, and that gap is only going to matter more as more of the buying journey moves into a chat box instead of a search results page.

Free plan tracks one brand and five prompts, no card required, at https://ooky.ai. I would like to hear from anyone here who has run into the same problem from the other side, trying to get an AI tool to describe their own product correctly.

The tracking is useful, but the fix → re-check loop seems like the real moat. Are users mainly paying to see what AI says about them, or because Ooky can show that their changes actually influence the answer?

I would say both, because the two eventually turn out to be the same purchase decision at different points in a company's growth. Visibility answers a static question, is my brand mentioned right now, and that is worth paying for, since a team had no way to see it at all. Once someone has looked at that a few times, the question changes to whether anything they do actually changes what the model says, and that is when the fix and recheck loop becomes the reason to keep the subscription.

It measures correlation, and I say that because it is true of every tool in this space, nobody can see inside the model. What the loop gives a marketing team is the fix and the new answer side by side, with the date between them, so they can point at a thing they did and a thing that changed afterwards in the same view. A model can still move for its own reasons, a retrain, a source page updating, even a post somewhere, so I stop short of calling it proof, but a dated before and after tied to a change you actually made is what people act on, and in my opinion what is worth paying for.

That visibility → fix → recheck progression is the interesting part. I’d be interested in digging into how customers experience that transition. What’s the best email to reach you on?
