Came up with the idea
I was searching for an engineering only job board the features well paying tech jobs from all over the world that has all the ifs and buts needed for a developer to take the plunge and start their new stint. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any portal that served this need. So, I decided to build one.

That's a cool idea, I have worked with many job boards, but haven't seen a job board that is positioned for well-paying tech jobs. And I am sure many engineers would love to see something like this.
You will also need to market it to an audience of qualified candidates so employers will be interested in your talent pool. And with that, I am sure this can become a great business! Also by time, you can charge way more for job postings compared with other job boards considering the market that you are targeting.
