I'm building Opinix, a survey rewards platform.
We're currently at 14 users.
The interesting part?
We added 11 users on the first day, then growth almost completely stopped.
We've had two consecutive days with 0 new users.
I'm now testing different acquisition channels and trying to understand why people don't move from seeing the product to actually signing up.
I'm also working on a bigger problem: third-party survey disqualifications.
I'm exploring building Opinix-owned surveys so users can have a more consistent earning experience.
For anyone who's built a consumer product:
What was the biggest change that finally made your early user acquisition start working?
I'd genuinely appreciate any advice.
