OpsScaleIQ
The operational intelligence OS for franchise operators
I run OpsScaleIQ — an operational intelligence platform for multi-location franchise operators.
The problem I kept seeing: a franchise operator gets a 1-star Google review about cold food at their Scottsdale location on a Saturday night. They can see it in Birdeye or Podium. But nothing happens. No task gets created. No manager gets notified. The review sits there until someone checks a dashboard on Monday.
Reputation tools monitor reviews. Operations tools manage checklists. Neither talks to the other.
So I built the bridge.
OpsScaleIQ ingests reviews from Google, Yelp, Trustpilot, and TripAdvisor. AI triages each one into one of 25 operational failure categories — food quality, cleanliness, staff behavior, service speed, etc. A task is auto-assigned to the responsible location manager with an SLA deadline. The manager resolves it with photo proof. A composite score (OpsScore™) tracks the fix.
The stack: Next.js, Vertext AI for triage, Claude Sonnet for response drafting, Clerk for auth, Stripe for billing.
Where I'm at now:
Product is live at opsscaleiq.com
Free audit tool at opsscaleiq.com/free-audit — shows any operator their review health in 60 seconds
Pricing from $79/mo billed annually
Currently focused on getting my first 10 paying franchise operators. Would love feedback from this community on the positioning, pricing, or go-to-market approach.
About
Franchise operators could see bad reviews but had no way to act on them operationally. Reputation tools monitor. Ops tools checklist. Neither connects. OpsScaleIQ bridges both — reviews become tasks with deadlines.
