Full-Scope WordPress Ops
I was ready to launch this service a couple of years ago but work and family commitments didn't leave me any bandwidth to work on it.
Now that I have more time I'm launching it again, but approaching it differently.
Firstly, I'm focusing on the local market - Australia. Until I have enough revenue to be able service other geographic locations.
Secondly, I'm only 'semi-productizing' the offering. This means that the service is very much bespoke for each client. This it how it works:

We audit a site to fully understand what issues there are. This is a 4 hour deep dive that delivers a report on what was found, recommendations, and a quote on optimization.

Optimisation aims to improve page speed as much as the stack allows. It also recommends more 'structural' work to get a website running as fast as possible.

Ongoing management on a monthly subscription. Managing WordPress like the IT department of a large company would manage any mission-critical app. So a custom plan for each client including bespoke test scripts for key functions.
That's it -- I'll tweak the offering and pricing until I get it right :)
