ORUMI
Trivia & quiz app with smart learning
Hey 👋
ORUMI, my trivia app, is officially live on both iOS and Google Play — and it's my first app ever, so I'm pretty thrilled about that milestone.
Now comes the hard part: finding users. I'd love this community's advice on:
Where/how did you find your first real users for a consumer app?
What worked to get people to actually sign up, and people stick, not just look?
Any tips for getting genuine feedback from early users?
If you have a minute to try ORUMI and tell me what's missing, I'd be super grateful. Thanks in advance for any advice 🙏
About
I built ORUMI because I love trivia — visual quiz categories, battles, and weekly leagues, powered by spaced repetition so it actually sticks. My first app: self-taught, solo dev, going all-in.

One thing I've come to appreciate is that the first users aren't just there to validate the product.
They're also helping reveal what kind of product people think they're trying in the first place. Those two forms of learning often move at very different speeds.
Gamified learning works best when it becomes habit. What’s bringing users back daily — streaks, competition, or new content?”
