A gallery for your Slack photos
Currently suffering from self-imposed "not quite complete" disorder. I am quite aware that I've had this side project going now for quite a while. It's definitely usable and does what it says on the tin - it allows you to browse all your slack photos in a browsable and filterable gallery.
The challenge is that the product doesn't have anything that encourages more consistent interaction. There is a share feature to share photos from the app back to Slack - however not enough people find it. I have added some more clear help images, but we'll see if that's enough.
For now, I've committed to completing a feature that shares the best photos of each month into a communal channel so that everyone can see all the wonderful things happening across a company. For my first customer (own workplace) this means someone in Melbourne can see what the folks in SF are doing! Big cultural benefit imo.
I hope that I can commit fully to shipping, outreach and sharing on reddit, etc. when this feature is done.
About
I'm working on ourmemories because I needed it myself. I care about the culture in our team - and I needed the ability to find the awesome photos of our team to remind us all of our awesome times together.

Sounds like a case of FARTLYP.
Hahaha I'm definitely suffering from it.
I had to launch my product 17 days ago. Okay, I was behind my schedule because I wanted to redo many things. But I stopped development 2 days ago, and now keep doing it because I had to add very vital features.
Also, I caught myself on reading some marketing stuff - instead of launch.
Well, this syndrome + impostor syndrome = AAAAA!
I'd love to know if people have simpler ways to define how minimal an MVP is?
