Aiming to better serve our clients we now provide them with project management service where they get project manager to monitor the progress of the project and guide them starting from the planning phase to the launching phase

Utilizing blog posts and sharing it our social media gained us a lot of traction in the begging.
after that, we leveraged freelancers we got on board and featured their work on our social media this got us a few clients and even more freelancers and we repeated the strategy again
Currently, we are experimenting with cold emails by reaching out to talent & clients and so far it's a very promising channel to acquire talent
It took 4 weeks, but I'm finally done building the MVP for Ourspark.me.
We worked mostly nights and weekends.
We are super excited to start talking to customers and see what they think about the product so far!
Now we will focus on getting people to know the product we are already got some users and working closely with them on developing the platform.
