OutsScale
Find buyers already showing purchase intent
Hey IH 👋
Hardware guy here (EV batteries, Robots) who ended up building SaaS because of one recurring frustration: every time I did outbound for my own ventures, the hard part wasn't writing emails. It was knowing who to email this week.
The signals are all public : a company raises, posts their first SDR job, switches their tech stack. But acting on them meant either 20 hours of manual stalking or tools like Clay that are amazing and also basically a part-time job to learn, with credit pricing that punishes you for being small.
So I built OutsScale: it watches buying signals and turns them into personalized outreach the same day. $99 flat, no credits. Boring on purpose.
Here's the part I'm actually posting about — I'm running an experiment starting this week:
OutsScale's entire growth motion for the next 30 days is OutsScale. The tool finds companies showing buying signals, writes the outreach, and I send it. Every week I'll post the raw numbers on X: emails sent, reply rate, demos, revenue. If it works, great case study. If it flops, that's useful data too (and probably a more interesting post).
Current status: product live, first paying user closing, ~120 emails/day capacity. Goal is 5+ customers by day 30.
Two things I'd love from this community:
If you're a founder doing your own outbound — what signal has actually predicted a customer for you? I'm building the signal library and real answers beat my guesses.
Roast the landing page: outsscale.com. Be brutal, I have no marketing team to offend.
Will report back with week 1 numbers either way.
About
Doing outbound for my own startups, I kept hitting the same wall: intent tools were either $500/mo or a 20-hour learning curve. So I built the one I wanted — signals in, personalized outreach out, $99 flat.

Using your own product to prove it works is a strong experiment. I'd keep validating whether customers are buying better personalization or better timing. If the buying signals consistently identify prospects who are already ready to have the conversation, that may be the real competitive advantage—not the email generation itself.
Thanks Aryan.
You are exactly on point. This is what OutsScale brings - When to approach and what angle. The message generation is a convenience layer on top.
Appreciate the context.
The "when to approach and what angle" part is the interesting layer here.
Would be good to understand more about what you're seeing from users as you validate that.
What's the best email to reach you on?
