OverseerOS
The AI Operating System for YouTube Creators
Hey Indie Hackers 👋
I’m Zaid. I’m a solo founder with a computer engineering background, and I’m also a faceless YouTube creator who has tried more niches than I can count.
If you’ve ever been stuck picking a niche or trying to figure out what works on YouTube, I’ve lived that frustration for years.
After trying and failing across niches, strategies, and formats, I kept asking myself the same question:
Why do some creators break through while others keep guessing?
I wanted one system that could actually explain what works on YouTube.
Not another tiny AI tool.
Not another script generator.
But something that shows the full blueprint of any successful channel.
So I built it for myself.
For months, OverseerOS was my private tool. I used it to reverse engineer channels, decode tone of voice, extract content structures, generate scripts, and understand why certain videos go viral.
And honestly, it helped me more than anything I had ever used.
My own channels finally started performing because I wasn’t guessing anymore. I had clarity.
That’s when it clicked.
This should not stay a personal tool.
If I struggled for years, thousands of creators must be struggling too.
So I turned it into a real product.
I launched OverseerOS quietly. No ads. No audience. No hype.
Just a few Reddit posts and word of mouth.
Today it has around 160 users and a handful of paying customers.
Still early. But for me, it means everything.
I’m building this for creators who want clarity instead of confusion.
For people who are tired of guessing.
For creators who feel stuck and want a system they can rely on.
I’ll be sharing the entire journey here.
The wins, the failures, the mistakes, and everything I learn building this solo.
If you’re also building something or trying to grow something, I’d love to connect.
Let’s build together.
Excited to be here. 🙌
About
I built OverseerOS to solve the single biggest problem creators face: understanding what actually works on YouTube and how to replicate it. Instead of guessing, creators can now reverse-engineer any viral channel.
