Congrats on the launch! Out of curiosity, which analytics metric ended up being the biggest eye-opener for you, retention, activation, or something unexpected?

Thanks! The biggest eye-opener for us wasn’t a classic metric like retention or activation, but “time to first clarity.”
We look at how fast a new team gets their first useful briefing or answer that actually surfaces a blocker or changes a decision. When that happens in the first day or two, engagement goes up a lot. If it doesn’t, usage drops quickly.
So we’ve been focusing more on integration flow and making the first insight immediately useful.

That’s a sharp insight. “Time to first clarity” serves as a strong guiding principle, especially for teams assessing whether a tool fits their workflow.
One effective approach I've seen is using community conversations to test the clarity of your metrics before and during product onboarding. On Reddit, for instance, users articulate their blockers in their own words, making it easier to determine if your initial insights resonate or miss the mark.
If you're open to it, I can help you design a small Reddit experiment focused on those early clarity moments. We can frame posts around real decision points that teams encounter and see how quickly your product is perceived as “useful” in the discussion. This is a low-risk way to validate your positioning while you continue to improve the integration flow.
