Our version 1.0.4 and 1.0.5 got approved by the app store team without any issues. Testing with an eye for detail maintains a healthy pace of development.

More than skillsets, a team with the right attitude matters. It's important that the team shares a work ethic that pushes the product roadmap ahead. It is not only the job of the founder to think about the product. Even a single member contributing in the right way gives a huge positive vibe to a founder. That's the power of having team members with the right attitude.

And when you find a good team member, give him respect and do everything you can to keep him/her motivated to work for you.
