PackageBot

Since I run several servers at Honeybadger.io, I like to keep track of the packages that need to be updated, so that I can update them periodically with Ansible. I configured apticron with a Slack email address so the emails about updated packages would show up in our notifications channel, but the messages in Slack didn't look great, so I built PackageBot to have nicer Slack messages. After building it, I figured I might as well share it with the world, so here it is. :)
