I dropped the requirement for a credit card to start a free trial. I hope this encourages users to try Pager Team for themselves.
One of the low points was when people in my LinkedIn network saw the job update, but failed to click through and learn anything about Pager Team. I think that's when it really hit home that you really have to explain how a product will solve their problems to prospective customers.
I launched Pager Team without much fanfare by enabling my production environment in late February 2019. I consider the official announcement to be when I changed my LinkedIn profile to reflect Pager Team on March 4, but since 3/4 is a difficult date I split the difference and call March 1 the launch.
As of this update I'm still figuring out launch strategy. I've had a few users sign up, but the traffic volume simply isn't there yet. I've scheduled a Product Hunt launch for March 18th and we'll see how that goes!
