Lead Generation for Commercial Real Estate
Before we were just getting interested landlords or brokers to put there listings on our site, but now we are starting to charge a fee!
We have yet to find an interested customer, but we have quite a few (3 or 4) in the funnel. Most of them are still talkin' to us, so we're hopeful.
We got our first interested Tenant. It was pretty exciting because our MVP had some jankiness (it didn't work that well). We were able to contact the landlord of the property and link them up. We have already learned a lot and hope to continue contacting people.

We spent some nights and weekends putting together a landing page and calling some landlords to get some properties to put on our website. There are some things that still need fixing, but we're happy to finally get something up and running! We're hoping to start contacting more landlords and getting them to list with us.

Mike and his brother Spencer saw inefficiencies in the Commercial Real Estate and wanted to optimize the process. The main points of optimization are lead generation and lease signing. Mike has seen countless clients spend lots of time doing back and forth negotiations. Pallas seeks to lower the overhead with small deals and help landlords and brokers stream-line their process.

Commercial Real Estate is bogged down by processes and red tape that makes the experience miserable rather than exciting like it should be.
