Pallix
Track. Understand. Fix. Get found by AI.
A few months ago I was using ChatGPT the way a lot of people now do, I searched for "best wireless earbuds under 3000". And it suggested me confidently products that were overpriced and really bad quality.
That got me thinking from the other side: if I were a brand, how would I even know what AI is saying about me? Google has Search Console. There's nothing equivalent for ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, or Google's AI Overviews. Brands are flying blind in the exact channel where buying decisions are increasingly being made.
So I started building Pallix.
What it does: Pallix tracks how a brand shows up across six AI engines -- ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Copilot, and Grok. You get a visibility score, see which sources the AI cites when it answers (and which competitors it mentions instead of you), catch hallucinations where the AI says something flat-out wrong about your product, and benchmark your share of voice in your category. The whole thing runs on a Track > Understand > Fix loop. There's also a market intel layer that mines millions of real buyer conversations to surface what people are actually asking — so you can close the gaps before a competitor does.
The wedge: I'm building India-first. Most tools in this space are US-focused and miss the nuances of the Indian market — Hinglish queries, local marketplaces, the D2C brand landscape here. So far I've audited 150+ Indian brands, and the results have been eye-opening. One well-known beauty brand that ranks great on Google scored 26/100 on AI visibility. The gap between "good at SEO" and "good at AEO" is real and most brands have no idea.
Where I'm at: Product is live, no revenue yet, doing a lot of cold outreach and content. Figuring out positioning between the free-audit lead magnet and the paid continuous-tracking dashboard.
Would love feedback from anyone here who's:
worked in SEO/GEO/AEO and has a view on whether this becomes a category
built a B2B SaaS wedge in an emerging market and has GTM lessons
just has opinions on the problem itself
Happy to run a free AI-visibility audit on your brand if you want to see what the AIs are saying about you. Roast away.
About
I started Pallix because i used to ask AI questions about products what to buy, and AI suggested me bad products.

I think for platform tracking ai visibility, how will you handle drift in AI responses ?
The part I'd be watching closely is the jump from visibility to influence.
A brand can show up in AI answers and still have almost no impact on what gets purchased.
At the same time, a missing mention can look alarming even if it changes nothing.
Feels like the category may ultimately be defined by which AI signals actually deserve to count as business outcomes.
