PaneFlow

I've been heads-down on PaneFlow for about a year now and figured it was time to actually show up here and say hi.

PaneFlow is a visual slideshow builder, but the twist is the export: instead of a locked iframe, you get real animated HTML/JS (or React, Vue, Svelte, video, PDF) you can drop into Webflow, Framer, or any site. Think Keynote for the web, minus the lock-in.

It started because I kept needing animated landing page sections and hated my options - code it by hand (slow), Prezi (ugly embed), or static carousels. So I built the thing.

A year in, some honest numbers and lessons I'd love to trade notes on:
- AI image gen inside the editor turned out to be stickier than I expected
- Exports-to-code is a love-it-or-ignore-it feature - no middle ground
