• prepare the day before the PH launch what you will post on FB, linkedin, slack etc... and the post on Reddit, facebook, story instagram, story facebook, prepare the good subreddit where to post before...
• think about timezone and posts in french groups/forums the night before
• launching a product take a full day, you have to answer to comment, post everywhere, don't expect to do something else than trying ways to promote the launch everywhere.
• ALWAYS include virality in the loop "share to a friend and get something" "share to get free credit", "share to x person to get premium access for free"
• Do a super FLASHY first photo on the PH product description page, so people see it easily if they PH as homepage

We decided to use Umso for building a landing page and Google Forms for collecting informations about users.

We start like this so we can ship fast. Do things that don't scale they said! So yes, we'r gonna match people by hand....or write a little script to do it.
