I saw this number today in our Stripe dashboard and just had to share.
The graph above shows payment volume that has been made on Paperform forms for our customers, through our Stripe integration.
That's a total volume of 84 million AUD 🙀 (that's ~60m USD).
Numbers like this would have blown my mind five years ago - when Diony and I started on an adventure to see if we could bootstrap our way into a living.
It's a true testimony to what can happen when you build a great product, hire wonderful people ♥️, and all work together to help others move their businesses forward.
Nothing happens overnight - so it pays to just keep turning up, working hard, and providing value.

Great milestone to celebrate.
Are you using same stripe details to accept payment for both Payment collection and Paperform subscription? If yes, how are you avoiding mix-up and disputes?
Or a user have to use their own stripe account details to collect payment? I'm new to stripe.

This is through Stripe Connect, which can actually be set up a few different ways. We just let people set up/connect their own Stripe accounts, and we get permission to make charges etc on their behalf.
So it's separate to our account.

Missed out on a great opportunity to charge a platform fee and potentially turn your startup into a unicorn

Nah - it'd be an OK source of rev (e.g. 1% clip would be a tidy bit of MRR), but imo clipping discourages adoption. I'd rather capture a flat monthly subscription fee and have people go nuts getting value out of their account.
