Paperplane

Paperplane has been steadily adding a few customers each month for the past year or so. This month I was really pleased to reach $1k MRR. Churn has thankfully been really low so I've managed to keep almost all the customers who've signed up so far. Looking forward to reaching $2k!

Not expecting much, I posted Paperplane on Product Hunt. I ended up surprised to get over 400 upvotes and a big wave of traffic. Not a lot of that traffic converted into trials or paid subscriptions, but it definitely seemed to cause a sustained increase in traffic to the marketing site after the initial surge had ended.

I wouldn't expect a great conversion rate from Product Hunt unless your product really overlaps with things the PH crowd are into. But I'd still recommend using it as a channel to get some attention early on!
