Launched the process incorporate company in USA
by Eugene HurynovichIncorporate Parsers with the Stripe Atlas. We chose the Stripe Atlas because we can immediately get a bank account and do not need to go directly to the USA. We also want to switch to the Stripe payment platform. Also thought of Clerky, Legalzoom and Delawareinc. We chose Delaware C Corp for simplicity, clarity in service and raising investments.

There are, so far, hidden costs?
I mean a part from Stripe Atlas website documentation, costs that you have to consider ?
How do you deal with local taxes ?-

So far we have paid only $ 500 for the opening. There are no hidden payments, then there are payments for Corporate tax preparation and Delaware tax filing

Congrats! We also used Stripe Atlas for our new domain registrar company Zuffix and found it to be really straightforward, much more so than previous incorporation services I've used in the past. The Stripe Atlas team is very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or needs.

Congratulations. That is a big an important step - and it will be a really cool adventure! It also will make it very easy to eventually sell that company to what I would assume are very likely going to be American acquirers, should that ever happen.

Also all tax documents Corporate tax preparation—packages start at $250 per year and Delaware tax filing—preparation is free, Delaware fee starts at $225
