PasteClean
Clean AI-pasted text
This started as a personal annoyance.
Every time I pasted ChatGPT responses into email or docs, the spacing and bullets broke.
I’d spend a few minutes fixing it manually every time. And it adds up.
I tried a few existing tools, but most either stripped everything into plain text or were too complex for a quick paste-and-fix workflow.
So I built a small formatter that cleans spacing, bold text, bullets, and basic formatting before you paste.
It’s free, runs entirely in the browser, and is intentionally simple.
I’m curious:
– Are there edge cases I should test?
– Is there anything you’d expect a tool like this to handle?
